• The project details, amenities, and specifications mentioned are subject to change as per regulatory approvals and developer discretion.

2. Booking & Payment

• Booking of apartments is subject to availability and confirmation from NP Lifespaces.
• Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule. Any delay in payments may lead to cancellation or penalties as per the agreement.
• The developer reserves the right to modify pricing, payment plans, and discounts at any time.

3. Possession & Handover

• The possession date mentioned is tentative and subject to approvals, unforeseen delays, and force majeure conditions.
• Buyers are required to complete all pending payments, documentation, and formalities before taking possession of the unit.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation, the refund will be processed as per the terms mentioned in the sale agreement, subject to applicable deductions.
• Any government charges, processing fees, or brokerage amounts will not be refundable.

5. Use of Property

• The purchased unit is for residential purposes only and must not be used for commercial activities unless explicitly permitted.
• Structural modifications or changes to the unit are subject to developer and legal approvals.

6. Compliance & Legal Regulations

• The buyer must adhere to all applicable laws, society rules, and regulations.
• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal information shared with us during inquiries, bookings, or communications will be used solely for project-related purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
